iamagrasshoppermousePictures next time but I've pieced together 8 squares and have 6 more cut out and ready to go--I'm kind of assembly lining this just so I can get a few quilts done at the same time and out the door. Also, I have a LOT of fabric I need to move.
So far I'm sticking to my guns and just doing log cabin. It's a bit weird for me since my foray into quilting was a freaking diamond pattern (worst. idea. ever) but it's nice to do something that's actually within my skill level for once, lol. I have started mixing it up so it's not just light on one side and dark on the other but for the most part I'm trying my best to keep it simple. Simple uses the most fabric and works up the fastest. It'll also look the best at the end when I put everything together.
I'm still applying to 1-2 jobs a day and then doing other stuff with the rest of my time. Trying not to go too crazy while I try and find a job.
