When Self Care is Doing Horrible Things like Enduring Sunlight

I have a personal goal of walking at least 25k with my phone for PoGo this week. It's really to get me out of the house because I know I do a lot better mentally when I leave the adobe regularly.

That doesn't change the fact I immediately switched to vampire time once I lost my desk job and so the thought of leaving the apartment before sundown is Too Much.

I'm going to do it but gods I'm going to complain every step of the way.
